The donation goes to your Stripe account.
Your organization completes Stripe’s own onboarding and enters its EIN, its verification documents, and its bank details directly with Stripe. We never see any of it, and it never touches our systems.
How it works
You run the fundraiser. You hold the account. We are the software underneath it.
Your organization completes Stripe’s own onboarding and enters its EIN, its verification documents, and its bank details directly with Stripe. We never see any of it, and it never touches our systems.
Payouts go straight from Stripe to you on your schedule. No holding period, no lump-sum reconciliation at the end of a campaign, no waiting for a check from a vendor.
Once a year, for software. Flat, per program, and identical whether a program doubles its raise or comes up short.
Every athlete gets a four character code and a short link. A donor who follows that link has already been attributed before they choose an amount, and the gift is credited to that athlete, that program, and that season at once.
A donor who arrives at the program page instead can pick a name from the roster, or give to the program without picking anyone. Nothing gets split across a roster after the fact, because that is how arguments start.
The public page counts people, not dollars. A program at 47 of 220 contributors reads as momentum and tells a booster exactly what to do next. The same program shown at 12 percent of a dollar goal reads as failure. Dollars still exist on every donation, and they are on the booster and admin screens where they belong.
There is no Fundly balance, no escrow, and no payout schedule of ours to wait on. Money moves from the donor to your Stripe account to your bank.
Not of a donation, not of a processing fee, not of a covered fee. Our invoice is flat and annual and has nothing to do with what your kids raise.
There is no messaging service wired into this platform. The only email it sends is a receipt for a gift somebody just made. Sharing happens when a booster hands out a link or a QR card.
A roster row is a first name, a last initial, and a four character code. No photos, no student emails, no birthdates, no accounts. These are minors, and the best protection is not holding the data.
Card processing is separate from us and goes straight to your processor, roughly 2.2% plus 30 cents per donation at nonprofit rates. We never take a cut of it.
A donor can choose to cover that processing cost so the whole gift reaches the team. Every cent of a covered fee goes to the processor. None of it comes to us, and nobody is ever asked to tip a software company on top of a donation to a high school.
One session with Stripe’s hosted onboarding. Your EIN, your documents, your bank, entered with Stripe rather than with us.
Paste a list of program names and roster sizes. Every program gets its own page, its own goal, and its own roster underneath your foundation.
Each athlete gets a short link and a QR card. Boosters share them, coaches watch participation, and the page does the rest.
We will show you the difference in writing. No demo, no rep, no call required.
