Who can see what
Three kinds of login, and two groups who never log in at all. Access is granted, never requested.
The three logins

| Platform owner | Everything, across every organization. This is the person who runs Fundly. |
| Organization admin | Every program in their own foundation or district. Usually a foundation director or a treasurer. |
| Program admin | One program. This is the booster lead, and it is most likely you. |
Signing in proves who you are. It grants you nothing on its own. Access to a specific roster is a separate record, and without it you get a page not found, not a permission error. A booster at one district has no business learning which programs another district runs.
Who never logs in
- Coaches. They get a read only link to the public program page. The leaderboard is public anyway.
- Athletes. No accounts, no logins, no passwords, ever. An athlete is a name and a four character code. See What we hold about athletes.
- Donors. They give and they get a receipt. There is nothing to sign into.
Adding another booster
Ask whoever runs your foundation. They grant access to an email address, and that person gets one invitation email saying they now have it. You cannot add somebody to your own program yourself, and that is deliberate: a roster of minors is not something a volunteer should be able to hand out on their own.
