When something is wrong
You cannot sign in
Almost always the email address, not the code. Here is how to tell.
No code arrived
- 1.Check spam and promotions.
- 2.Check you typed the address your access was granted to. A personal Gmail and a school address are two different people as far as this is concerned, and only one of them has access.
- 3.Ask for another code. They are single use and short lived, so an old one in your inbox will not work.
It says the link has expired
Sign in links get fetched by mail scanners and browsers before you ever click them, which spends the one time token. That is why the six digit code exists. Enter your email again and use the code instead of the link.
You are in, but it says nothing here yet
You signed in successfully and no team has been shared with that address. Signing in proves who you are, it does not grant access to anything on its own.
The page shows which address you are signed in as. Send that exact address to whoever runs your foundation and ask them to grant it access. See Who can see what.
You see the wrong team, or only one of two
Go to /dashboard. It lists every team your address can manage, grouped by organization. If one is missing, access for it was granted to a different address. See Find your team.

How to sign in
There is no password. You enter your email, we send a six digit code, you type it in.
Who can see what
Three kinds of login, and two groups who never log in at all. Access is granted, never requested.
Find your team after signing in
One team and you land straight on it. More than one and you get a list to pick from.
