What is on your dashboard

Two numbers rows that never move, and four tabs. Here is what every part of it is.

The top of the dashboard never moves. Whether donations are arriving, and your four numbers, are on screen the moment the page opens. Everything else sits on four tabs, in the order you actually do the job.

Always on screen: the donations tile

A sentence in large type saying whether you are taking donations right now, and until when. It is above the numbers on purpose. When something is wrong, four zeroes do not tell you why and one sentence does. See Start accepting donations.

Always on screen: the four numbers

NumberWhat it counts
ContributorsHow many people have given, against your contributor goal. Not how many donations.
RaisedThe gift total, in dollars, plus how many donations that is. Processing fees a donor chose to cover are not in this number. That money was never yours and is not counted as if it were.
AthletesHow many athletes have at least one donation, out of how many are on your roster. This is the number that tells you who has not shared their link yet.
SeasonDays left, or Opens, or Closed, or Last day. It reads the dates you set.

If donations are still settling with the bank, a line under the numbers says how many, and those are not counted above yet.

Tab 1. Roster

The one you open every week, and the one you land on. At the top, a box you paste names into, collapsed once you have a roster because pasting is an August job. Under it, one row per athlete with their link and three buttons: Copy link, Share, and QR. See Add your roster and Personal athlete links.

Each row carries two numbers that are not the same number. People is how many different people have given for that athlete. Gifts is how many donations that is. Grandma giving three times is one person and three gifts.

Above the list, Sort reorders it: by name, most raised, most gifts, or No gifts yet, which puts the athletes who have not got started at the top. Sorting never hides anybody. Everyone is still on the list in every order.

Tab 2. Hand out

Printable cards for every athlete, and the QR code for the whole team. A once a season errand. See Print athlete cards.

Tab 3. Reports

Who gave, and what they gave, grouped by day so you can work through thank-you notes an evening at a time. This is the only place in the product that names a donor, and it is never on a public page.

Under it, Donations per athlete: the same gifts sorted by athlete instead of by day, biggest raiser first. Every athlete has a line, including the ones on nothing yet, and opening a line shows exactly who gave for that kid. General donations sit at the bottom in their own row and are never split across the roster.

Then any notes donors left for the team.

Last on the tab, one row per donation as a CSV, with dates you choose. Hand it to your treasurer. See Download your financial CSV.

Tab 4. Settings

Your team photo, anybody hidden from public pages, and the control that clears the whole roster. It is the last tab because everything on it is a once a season job, and because the one button that erases a roster has no business sitting near the Copy buttons you press twenty times a week. See Clear the whole roster.
