Printing and QR codes
Print athlete cards
One card per athlete with their name, link, and QR code. Eight to a page. Print, cut, hand out at practice.
- 1.On your dashboard, open the Hand out tab and press Print athlete cards.
- 2.You land on a preview page with one card per athlete, plus one for the whole team.
- 3.Press Print. Your browser’s normal print dialog opens.
- 4.Print, then cut along the dashed lines.
Eight cards fit a Letter sheet, two across. A card is never split across a page break.
What comes out
- The team card first, so it is easy to find and pin up.
- Then one card per athlete, in roster order.
- Dashed cutting lines around each card. The linen background does not print, so you are not spending toner on a color you cannot see.
Each card is roughly 3.8 by 2.4 inches, a little larger than a business card.
Do this once in August
Print the set, cut them, and hand one to every kid at the end of practice with one instruction: send this to two relatives tonight. That single errand does more for a fundraiser than anything else in this product.

What is on a printed card
Four things: a QR code, the athlete’s name, the link written out, and your organization’s name.
