Your roster
Remove a player
Select the rows and confirm. Anyone with donations is kept and hidden instead of deleted, so the money never moves.
- 1.On the roster, press Select. The three hand out buttons step aside and every row gets a checkbox. Nothing has been removed yet.
- 2.Tick the athletes you are taking off. Each ticked row shows a tag saying what it is about to get: Link dies, or Kept, has donations.
- 3.Press Remove. A panel opens and spells out exactly what happens to each one. Still nothing removed.
- 4.Read it, then confirm.
Press Done at any point to leave select mode without changing anything.
Two different things happen

| Has no donations | The row is deleted. Their link and QR code stop working immediately. |
| Has donations | The row is kept and hidden. Their donations stay attached to them, their name comes off your public pages and shows as Team, and their link keeps working. |
You do not choose between these. It is decided per athlete by whether money is attached. One press can do both at once, and the panel tells you which is which by name before you confirm.
Nothing that has taken a donation is ever deleted, whatever you tick. That is not a setting.
