Your roster
Add your roster
Paste your list of names, one per line. Every athlete gets a code, a link, and a QR code. About a minute for a whole team.
- 1.Open your dashboard and find Add your roster near the top. If you already have a roster it says Add athletes and is collapsed. Tap it.
- 2.Paste your names into the box. One name per line.
- 3.Read the line under the box. It tells you how many are new and how many are already there before you press anything.
- 4.Press the button. It counts the athletes it is about to add, so you can see it matches.
What the names should look like
First name and last initial. One per line:
- Jack J
- Marco R
- Diego S
Full last names get shortened to an initial automatically, so pasting "Marco Rodriguez" is fine and stores "Marco R". You do not have to clean the list up first. See How athlete names work.
Pasting from a spreadsheet
Select the name column in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, copy, and paste straight into the box. A copied column arrives as one name per line already, which is exactly what the box wants. There is no file to upload and no template to download.
If your sheet has first and last names in two separate columns, copy both columns. "Marco" and "Rodriguez" arrive on one line as "Marco Rodriguez" and get stored as "Marco R".
What gets skipped
- Blank lines.
- The same name twice in one paste.
- Lines with no usable name in them, like a header row that says "Athlete".
Skipped lines are counted for you before and after you press, so you always know whether 22 names became 22 athletes.

Paste the whole updated list again. New names get links, existing names keep theirs.
How athlete names work
First name and last initial, and that is the entire record. No photos, no emails, no accounts.
Personal athlete links
Every athlete gets a four character link. Anyone who gives through it is credited to that athlete without doing anything.
