Handing out links
The team link
One link and one QR code for the whole program. For banners, newsletters, and anyone who is not one athlete’s family.
Your program page lives at /riverside/girls-soccer: your organization, then your program. It is the same page a personal link opens, just with nobody preselected.
Find it on your dashboard on the Hand out tab, with its QR code and a copy button.

When to use it instead of a personal link
- Anywhere a crowd sees it: a banner, a table tent, a program, a yard sign.
- The school or district newsletter.
- Your booster club’s own website or social account.
- Anyone giving to the team rather than to a particular kid.
Who gets the credit
The page asks "Who are you raising for?" and the donor can pick an athlete off your roster or choose General Donation. Whatever they choose is what gets credited. See General donations and the typeahead.

General donations and the typeahead
A gift with no athlete attached stays with the program. It is never split across the roster.
Personal athlete links
Every athlete gets a four character link. Anyone who gives through it is credited to that athlete without doing anything.
How QR codes work
Every athlete has one and so does the team. Point a phone camera at it, no app needed.
