Handing out links

Send out personal links

You hand these out, not us. Here are the four ways that actually work, in the order they work best.

1. Give the kid a card at practice

This is the one that works. Print the cards, cut them up, hand them out at the end of practice, and tell the team to send it to two relatives tonight. See Print athlete cards.

Press Share on that athlete’s row. Your phone’s share sheet opens with a message already written: "Marco R is raising for Girls Soccer. Chip in here:" and the link. Pick the parent, send. It comes from your phone and your number, which is why parents actually open it.

3. Post the whole set to the team chat

Press Copy all links at the top of the roster. You get one message per athlete, all in one block, ready to paste into your Band, Remind, GroupMe, or WhatsApp thread. Each parent scrolls to their own kid. See Send every link at once.

Programs, banners, the school newsletter, the concession stand. One link and one QR code for the whole team, no athlete attached. See The team link.
