Your roster
Athletes shown as Team
A hidden athlete still counts and their link still works. Only their name comes off the public pages.
When you remove somebody who has donations, they are hidden instead of deleted. On your roster they get a Shown as Team badge, and a Hidden panel appears on the Settings tab with everybody in that state.
What hidden actually means
- Their name is replaced with "Team" on the public program page and the leaderboard.
- Their donations still count toward everything: the program total, the thermometer, the contributor count.
- Their personal link and QR code keep working. Money given through it still lands in the same place.
- You still see their real name on your own dashboard, because you need to.
Putting the name back
Open the Settings tab, find them in the Hidden panel, and press Show name. That is the whole thing, and it works at any time.

Remove a player
Select the rows and confirm. Anyone with donations is kept and hidden instead of deleted, so the money never moves.
What we hold about athletes
A first name, a last initial, and a four character code. Nothing else, anywhere, ever.
How athlete names work
First name and last initial, and that is the entire record. No photos, no emails, no accounts.
