Clear the whole roster
Takes everybody off at once. For the end of a season, or when the wrong list got pasted in.
It is the last thing on the Settings tab, collapsed, under everything else. That is on purpose: the difference between this and Copy all links should never be two centimetres of thumb travel.
- 1.Open the Settings tab and scroll to Clear the roster at the bottom.
- 2.Press Clear the whole roster. It opens and shows the split: how many are deleted for good, how many are kept and hidden because they have donations. Nothing has happened yet.
- 3.Type your program name exactly as it appears, in lowercase with hyphens, like
girls-soccer. The box tells you what to type. - 4.Press the button.
Athletes with donations are kept and hidden instead, and that does not stop no matter what you type. Their money stays attached to them.
Starting a new season
You usually do not need this. Pasting the new team list adds the new kids and leaves last year’s alone. Clearing is for when the roster is genuinely wrong, or when you want a clean list and are ready to reprint every card.

Athletes shown as Team
A hidden athlete still counts and their link still works. Only their name comes off the public pages.
Print athlete cards
One card per athlete with their name, link, and QR code. Eight to a page. Print, cut, hand out at practice.
