Donations and money

Download your financial CSV

One row per donation, with what was charged, what Stripe took, and what reached the bank. Built for your treasurer.

  1. 1.Open the Reports tab on your dashboard.
  2. 2.The dates are already filled in with your own fundraising window, because that is what people usually ask you about. Change them, or clear both to export everything.
  3. 3.Press Download CSV.

The file saves straight to your device and opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets with no import step. The file name carries your organization, your program, and the date range, so four of them in a downloads folder are still telling apart.

The totals on screen

After it builds, four numbers appear next to the button: donations, raised, Stripe fees, and net to bank. They are deliberately on screen and not in the file, because a total row at the bottom of a CSV quietly breaks a column sum, a pivot table, and an import into accounting software.

What is in the file

Completed and refunded donations, oldest first, one row each. Pending and failed checkouts are left out: no money arrived and none went back, so they are neither income nor a correction. See What each column means.
